A Custom Design / Build 3,000 square foot home built by Platinum Construction. The exterior was constructed using a combination of cultured stone, brick, synthetic plaster and James Hardie Plank Fiber Cement Siding. The interior of this home has exquisite detail featuring 10 foot and cathedral ceilings throughout, a large open kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms with the master shower constructed using custom tile, 8 shower heads and a stone arch entry with cultured stone on the outside, as well as custom trim throughout. A custom booth was built in the kitchen by Platinum craftsmen, Jeremiah Boerman, as well as book cases around the fireplace in the main living area.
This 5,000 sq. ft. addition was added on to a 2,500 sq. ft. home. This house is three stories tall with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The interior has a combination of Brazilian Cherry and Slate. This home also has over one mile of painted trim. It features an oak staircase and is insulated with foam insulation to provide the large home with barrier to keep out the elements.
This amazing Log home is just less than 3,500 sq ft. The exterior is a 100% log w/ a porch that wraps around the entire house. The roof has five dormers and is completely stick built with pitches of up to 17/12. The interior has a combination of T&G pine and drywall finishes. The interior has a combination of stained maple and painted trims. The counter tops are crafted concrete. Floors are a combination of 3/4" Teak and 12" Slate. This house sits on 22 55' pilings for its foundation. This property was one of few remaining open lots on Gun Lake in western Michigan do to its soil content.
